What do you like best about Epiq Discovery? Ease of use, end-to-end self-service, attentive customer service, and onboarding. What do you dislike about Epiq Discovery? Page to page review is a bit clunky and slow. The last image on a page to the first image on the next page is a pain. What problems is Epiq Discovery solving and how is that benefiting you? Document management and production. The lower cost of the program has been the biggest benefit.

What do you like best about Epiq Discovery? It's quite simple to use but it has good functionality. I also like the interface visually - it's light and uncluttered, unlike e.g. Nuix interface. What do you dislike about Epiq Discovery? The fact that we cannot have certain fields in Info window, e.g. Begin Bates, Folder (ED Folder, that is). I have used many document review and hosting services but DMX is the best, stunningly fast, and easy collaboration to import into MS Excel, just copy-paste the data, unlike others where we need to download a data dump.
