Epicor ERP Reviews in January 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

An all-around useful tool

PROS: Our operations rely heavily on Epicor. It is where we run most of our initiatives--from developing strategies to running audits for the company. CONS: Customer support is a little bit lacking. There have been some issues in the past where, instead of helping us find solutions, they quickly dismissed our complaints. I would have appreciated it if further investigation had been made.

Really lets you call the shots

PROS: I program and code IT solutions myself, and I really love that Epicor leaves so much room for play. Its flexibility is one of the key factors that makes me a regular user of Epicor. User aren't the only ones who can exercise this much freedom in manipulating this tool too. Even clients and other businesses can customize Epicor's environment.

Quality Support Service

PROS: I like the improvements in Epicor ERP’s support service. They really ensure that their end users receive the assistance they need. They now have a customer conference that users can attend once a year to meet and network with other users and to undergo product training. We are able to meet the programmers and techs in the conference and they gave us valuable tips and tricks to maximize the potential of the software. Does a lot of things but it’s not easy to use

PROS: Our company had to abandon our legacy software to use this, and making that transition wasn't difficult. I think this is all thank to its customization tools. Because of those tools, we didn't have to start from scratch since the data and spreadsheets from our old system could easily be migrated. The customization options also made the adjustment to the new system easy because we didn't have to completely abandon our old system.

What do you like best? we are currently doing our planning and purchasing competly in Epicor. Alao the finacials are done in Epicor. these for us are the strongest we feel we have in Epicor as we are using threm pt=retty much out of the bix

What do you like best? When i first started using the ERP I didn't like very much, but now that I've learned all the tools that it offers, i like it a lot better.
