What do you like best about Kinetic? It has lots of great capabilities and exceptional functionality. Unfortunately, the company I work for has not used them correctly, so using the system using online training tools is a challenge.

What do you like best about Kinetic? Epicor Kinetic uses structured workflows that logically take a company through processes from raw materials procurement through manufacturing/distribution and on to fulfillment. Additionally, workflows cover financials from the cash commitment that comes with procurement, the cash opportunities that come from quoting and everything else along the way to financial statements.

A reliable ERP software

PROS: Epicor ERP is very useful right from the start. It helps our processes go smoothly and efficiently. Also, like other companies, our business requires some process customization. Epicor helps us with this a lot. CONS: It's tiring to deal with support when an issue arises. It's annoying to be asked to do the same thing what was done already.

Epicor ERP is useful in overseeing the whole production process

PROS: Epicor ERP is user-friendly in all respects, from getting familiar with the product to navigating it for use. Its configuration wizard is top-notch, too. Also, learning how to maximize the functionalities of the product is easy since there are many training options available, which cannot be said for similar products.

PROS: There are many things that I like about Epicor ERP but I particularly like its multi-company and multi-currency features. This has provided our enterprise updated financial data that is crucial in the decision-making process with the help of Power BI, which offers us useful analytics. PROS: A few years ago, I lost my significant other and I thought that would be the end of the road for me. However, the company made it possible for me to stay in this industry and continue to pursue more career opportunities. Not only have I learned skills and grown my network, I've also helped out other companies by helping them use the software to clean up inefficiencies in their system so that they can experience growth.

"A very comprehensive software, just not very user friendly"

What do you like best? Epicor does everything. Very nice on premise system, very customizable. We had a very smooth transition from our legacy software. Definitely focused on function rather than looks. The best part about Epicor is its customization tools allowing us to transition smoothly across ERP's onto Epicor without having to "fit" the mould. What do you like best? I really liked how it integrated with Salesforce seamlessly and how it had all my data easily brought into a nice colorful dashboard.
