The kudos and shoutouts are set amounts. would be nice to have one in the middle ground. "Love the concept. Totally fresh and new. Helps motivate employee to perform better everyday."

What do you like best about EngageWith? Rewarding gifts which helps employees find a purchase for themselves. What do you dislike about EngageWith? The gifts are limited, though. If there can be gifts from other ecommerce it can be significant. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? People do not have to worry about spending from their pocket which helps employees to buy gifts with engage points.

What do you like best about EngageWith? It was pretty straight-foward. A simple way to engage and encourage team members. It had kudos as well as proper mentions, which is also nice. It also recognized the team members that submit the most kudos, which is great. What do you dislike about EngageWith? I think it would be neat to also be able to recognize yourself for kudos. What do you like best about EngageWith? We like to use Engagewith for Shoutouts to recognize our teammates awesome jobs. We like the points we get for interacting and shouting out our team. What do you dislike about EngageWith? It was interesting that there was a limit with the amount of kudos to give to a teammate What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? It is hard to NOT notice when teammates get a shoutout through Slack. Before enagewith, they went unnoticed.
