What do you like best? I like the fact that you can add as many team members as you employ on the system, and being a web based system, you don't have to download any software, plus it's so easy to use.

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Paper no longer needed. Provides a one-stop-shop for benefit administration, HR tasks, PTO, and ACA administration. Wide range of integrations with benefit carriers, payroll, etc.

"I maintain enrollments for several groups in Employee Navigator."

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Employee Navigator is extremely user-friendly and speaks to all levels. They are wonderful about receiving feedback and are constantly evolving to produce a better experience. The Customer Service is also top notch.

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Comprehensive in its abilities to manage the most complex employer offerings, but simple enough to be easy to build and manage. The Help Center and EN University is extremely comprehesive for self-service needs; however if additional support is needed the Support Team is extremeley responsive and knowledgeable on all aspects of the system. "The customer service with Employee Navigator is like no other!"

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? I like how user friendly Employee Navigator is for HR staff. I also enjoy the simplicity of enrollment from the employee perspective. My experiences with the support staff team have always been great. Even when issues are escalated to Tier 2, I always get a response back within the expected time frame.

"Good product that's easy to use and has a knowledgeable staff."

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? If I have any questions/issues, it's easy to get someone on the phone who is very knowledgable and if for some reason they can't assist they direct it to someone on the team that can. For the most part it is pretty easy to use and naviagate.

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Using Employee Navigator made benefits administration at a small company super simple! Our broker gave me a half-hour walk-thru and it was very easy to learn. I enjoyed Employee Navigator much more than the competitor we use at my current job.
