The Employee Navigator support is extremely helpful, and they are always looking to enhance the system and take broker feedback. Their integration with so many carriers and payroll vendors is beyond any other system I'm aware of.

Employee Navigator is a good balance of a simple and easily navigated User Interface and yet still retains the ability to create custom solutions for each employer who has unique employee benefit designs.
