Tracking new hires and open enrollment; plan details, rates and contributions, as well as supporting documents; ACA and onboarding documentation - everything we need is easily accessible, from anywhere, in one place. Employee Navigator makes our job much easier.

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Ease of use is clearly the overriding theme in the design of this software. From the start, the system walks the user through the complete process of on-boarding. The flexibility of the system allows us to completely customize the on-boarding process. This system also in capable of integrating with a large number of third party vendors, from payroll to insurance carriers to COBRA administration, making benefits administration simple and efficient.

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? The system's ability to integrate with so many carriers and vendors is probably one of the features I like the best. The seamless process of generating 1094-1095s for the Employer is a valuable perk. But what I like best is the Service and quick responsiveness of Management and all Employees to resolve any issues that are encountered when using the system.
