What do you like best about Electric? Electric has taken off so much of my day-to-day when it comes to dealing with employee requests and tech issues and network problems. I can actually focus on my job, which is to do HR, rather than someone who is locked out of their email because they forgot their password! Since coming to the company, it never had an internal IT department and relied on outsourced solutions or the operations team to handle IT-related issues. What do you like best about Electric? Electric is very helpful in streamlining the on and offboarding process! I have found value in the automation this provides, and it cuts down on the time that I have to spend making sure that accounts have been created, welcome emails have been sent, and the new hires have been entered into our systems. "Room to Grow"

What do you like best about Electric? I like the features and accessibility for Electric. What do you dislike about Electric? We need support bolstered with more techs; tickets lag to resolution. What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you? We can run efficiently and have our day-to-day tech needs covered. Electric provides the human power we are unable to staff for internally at the momemnt.

Often times we need to provide additional support beyond what a technician may provide. Some users feel that Electric lacks in providing detailed solutions or follow through. What do you like best about Electric? I like the idea of the Slack Help Desk. On some items, they are extremely efficient & follow up. What do you dislike about Electric? I dislike the fact that the Slack Help Desk can't be as interactive for our less tech-savvy employees. What do you like best about Electric? That Slack is used for communicating and troubleshooting (front desk). Also, the Customer Success Manager/Team is responsive and doesn't drop the ball. What do you dislike about Electric? Response time for help desk varies - sometimes quick and sometimes really long so it's unreliable how quick of a response.
