What do you like best about Electric? I love the onboarding process of new hires. Electric automates the whole onboarding process (depending on what can be done on their side) and makes things very simple. Support times for my team are fantastic, and all techs are very knowledgeable about IT needs. What do you dislike about Electric? What do you like best about Electric? Customer service is exceptional. Our account manager is very helpful and makes himself available regularly to touch base with our team. What do you dislike about Electric? Only improvement I have recommended is a checklist for on and offboarding that you can physically click off once the task is completed. What do you like best about Electric? They are very quick to respond to any issue that you may have. Most services can be done remotely which is extremely convenient, especially in a fast-paced work environment. What do you dislike about Electric? Certain situations can take longer than anticipated. "Electric is easy to use, effective, and perfect for our new working landscape!"

What do you like best about Electric? Electric's platform is easy to navigate and accomplish what's needed ie. off-boarding, IT health check, etc. Their integration with Slack makes it super easy for our team members to troubleshoot their issues quickly alongside their team. "Very Helpful"

What do you like best about Electric? Electric is super helpful in answering my IT questions and is quick to respond. They'll make requests of our administrators for any work that needs to be billed for approval, which streamlines the process for me as well. I'm a big fan What do you dislike about Electric? What do you like best about Electric? Being in operations at a tech company, while not being particularly tech-savvy myself, has its ups and downs. Before partnering with electric, every time I got pinged with an IT issue, a wave of frustration and exasperation would come over me.
