The name says it; Easy!

What do you like best? Easy Projects is truly an easy application to use for managing projects. It provides a very easy to understand interface. We use Easy Projects with outside vendors and it is a great way to communicate with them. I get an email letting me know of an update. Accessing Easy Projects is quick. I'm in, complete a task, and back out again. What do you dislike? At this time I do not have anything to report. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

A very useful tool for timeline and projects

What do you like best? This is a very useful tool for timeline and project management. It keeps a timeline with due dates, let's you upload files for sharing, and sends notifications. What do you dislike? Sometimes the notifications get caught in my clutter. I also need to remember to refresh my screen so that new updates show up in my browser. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creative and Marketing department communication.

Regional Product Marketing Manager- Easy Projects Review

What do you like best? I appreciate the ability to track project status for myself and and my peers as we work our way through large, dynamic projects. It's been a great tool for us to use as a team. What do you dislike? I have not come in contact with a feature I currently use that I do not like. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a shot! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cutting down on emails, ...

It's ok

What do you like best? That I don't need end dates on tasks ("activities" as the product calls them) - especially helpful when I need to estimate a parent task but don't have the end dates of child tasks solidified. What do you dislike? Not easy to drill down in to project/task details in the project view/activity center (like recorded time - you just see a lump total with no details). You have to create/run reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Comprehensive online project management tool

What do you like best? I have worked with a lot of online project management tools over they years. I have found EasyProjects.net to be a very comprehensive online project management tool. It has all the key functions in a project management tool, i.e. Gantt charts, Kanban, resource scheduling, etc.. , in addition you add customized data fields to projects, tasks, customers, etc. Also has customizable forms for internal or external use where responses can then be imported into projects, ...

Wide range of tools, easy to use, sometimes an information overload.

What do you like best? I like all the dependencies you can set up for tasks, then being able to view said tasks as part of a burndown or Ghant chart to visually track a projects progress. What do you dislike? For folks in management it can be a bit of information overload. Filtering works but takes some getting used to. Time tracking tools are somewhat inconsistent and basic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For be the biggest ...

New user - off to a good start

What do you like best? The program is intuitive to use and very flexible with custom fields. Coming from an older technology, this provides more visibility to our projects' timelines and status with a more graphical interface. The support during evaluation, installation, and implementation has been excellent. What do you dislike? We are still getting used to the layout and processes so we are not using the full capabilities of the software yet. While intuitive, it is relatively ...
