There are no glitches and it includes options for everything we need to adjust in our workflow. The company has even told us few other customers use it as extensively as we do. Too clunky with too many limitations and restrictions

What do you like best? I like that I can easily organize projects and pull reports What do you dislike? The software is a bit clunky and has a lot of limitations. Once you put projects in or set up fields, it is very difficult to delete them. I have contacted customer support a few times and they keep telling me that I have to go into each project and manually delete them if they have a status or person's name that has been put in incorrectly.
