What do you like best? Feature to mark progress of each task and option to create sub-task and allocate effort at such granular level. What do you dislike? It allows us to enter time after deadline is passed. Ideally it should give a message saying manager approval required or something of that sort. Easy Projects is both easy to learn on our side and very simple to teach our clients to use.

What do you like best? Using approval requests and mentions to send notifications to clients has worked very well for us. What do you dislike? I wish it was a little easier to sort projects. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping my projects on schedule is a breeze. Being able to adjust task due dates based on the task before it is great.

What do you like best? Easy Projects is really user friendly, support is excellent, and new features are released often! We use EP everyday for our IT operations and project management. The only thing I feel is missing is the ability to have enhanced dashboards- EP has been working on this and there is some ability to create dashboards, but they are based off reports. What do you like best? Time entry is simple and intuitive. Communication is easy! One of the only systems we've found that has a financial management piece and shows the cost of a project by hours charged. What do you dislike? Some security features are lacking, notifications don't work great. What do you like best? I enjoy the simple interface and the quick access to connect to customer service or my project manager. What do you dislike? I am not notified when a PM posts a project. This interferes with my productivity. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have asked Qs to EP regarding the interaction on the platform. The customer service is quick and that is so important when working.
