What do you like best? Very fluent, very slick design, easy to use, set up and reconfigure. Tech support is marvelous, very responsive and quick. What do you dislike? We have 50 remote users who do their work on the road, disconnected from the network.

What do you like best? We can dynamically change the backup settings, not only for WHAT is being backed up, but also for use of CPU, etc. Everything is automatic, even the warnings for those who have not connected to the network recently. What do you like best? Simple integration into your existing single computer or entire enterprise of computers. Fast, low impact backups and restorations. Easy to use but powerful portal with detailed information that is easily navigated through. The ability to have a local cloud cache or be entirely cloud based. What do you like best? I love inSync is able to backup our laptops very easily. It means backup operations finish in a short time because of de-duplication. And now we can backup SaaS apps like Office 365. That is great helps for us. What do you dislike? inSync has limited reports only. Competitors like box are able to report richer. What do you like best? I have found that Druva Software is not only easy to install but easy to mange. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is the fact that I didn't find it earlier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We solve the problem of End users not backing up their laptops and losing data by the automated schedules of backup. We can also stop Data Loss by the remote deletion and tracking.

What do you like best? The best thing I like about Druva inSync, is that it works like it's supposed to. What do you dislike? No are no issues I have the inSync client at this time.
