Good backup!

What do you like best? It seems to do everything we need and it's reliable. What do you dislike? It's not easier to auto-login end users. There's too many steps to end users to follow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We need a reliable backup solution to store and retrieve lost data from endpoints. Our end users do not have any problems with this software.

What do you like best? the fact that I know my data is backed up and safe whenever I need it. There have been occasions in the past where my internal files became corrupt or deleted on accident. I did not have a backup system set up. But, with Druva I know that my work is safe as long as I back it up. What do you dislike? I have not had any issues with Druva at this time. What do you like best? Druva inSync helps this global law firm to manage and track files for lawyers and non-lawyers across the globe. It is a secure platform and archives files so they are retrievable in the future. What do you dislike? I don't like that Druva inSync seems to slow down my computer speed when it is backing up files. What do you like best? The most appealing aspect of Druva inSync, is the ability to customize. Being able to determine how frequently backups occur, to which files get backed up, makes this a very resourceful tool. What do you dislike? One of the main dislikes is the inability to export lists into a report for downloading, which would make it easier to determine the devices that need additional assistance. Unobtrusive, effective cloud backup for endpoint devices

What do you like best? Druva inSync is an effective, unobtrusive cloud backup system. I have used many of these agent based backup systems in the past and have always found them to be unreliable with high background CPU usage when they run. inSync is non-disruptive, reliable and basically invisible to the end user. What do you like best? Druva was much easier to work with than their competitor Code42. They have a strong product that is fairly easy to administer once it is in place. Pricing was also much better than Code42. What do you dislike? Configuration is not as polished as other backup and recovery applications such as Veeam. Relatively pleased with Druva inSync.

What do you like best? I have had very positive interactions with Druva support the few times that I have had to contact them. Communications during our transition from on prem to the cloud was a little spotty, but overall I am very satisified. What do you dislike? The program is not as customizable as I would like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? End user data back up.
