Druva inSync Cloud - Set It and Fortget

What do you like best? Once the product has been deployed, maintenance and administration is very easy. All can administrative tasks (configuration changes, upgrades) can be done centrally through the administrative console. Email alerting for possible issues (no backup for x days, configuration errors) can be sent to both administrators and end users. PST backup that allows for block level backup of large pst files rather than the entire pst blob. Block level backup, so only ...

Druva inSync

What do you like best? Easy installation, low maintenance overhead, excellent customer support. Great features too What do you dislike? Not a lot - it would be nice to have more visibility of where Share is up to and have the option to force or pause share activity. Would also like the on premise option to include features from the cloud edition sooner Recommendations to others considering the product: Really good software - give it a try and don't be shy of running ...

Great backup solution, easy to manage/integrate.

What do you like best? I like the integration with AD and the ability to map using profiles. The profiles allow you to map using OUs and select different server locations (for different GEOs) for better up/down speeds. What do you dislike? The interface can be confusing, and AD mapping is not always straight forward. However once you get past the learning curve, things become substantially easier. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the time to create an ...

Ease of Use and Just Works!

What do you like best? Only had one issue in the last over a year. It is great and great service! What do you dislike? I already discussed this with them - when there is a problem or the service is down it would be nice to have a email sent out to inform us of that instead of having to create a ticket and wait. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Every day users issues. This software is very easy to use and users can figure it out ...

inSync - Simple to use and reliable

What do you like best? The main reason my company chose inSync was because our current product went end of life. The rollout of the client is very easy, the users will not even know when it's installed. Gives the users the ability to determine what data is to be backed up and what is not. From the Administrators side, the dashboard gives them all they need to see to accomplish their responsibilities. Also, Druva is interested is the user feedback, what's not working, what enhancements ...

Druva's been great for us

What do you like best? Simplicity, set and forget. It's not failed any recovery efforts we've needed it for. What do you dislike? The onprem version has been flawless for us. For our cloud instance, we've had the occasional support call to re-up storage but support and the account teams have always been great. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a shot, you'll like it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

I use it for my organization to backup personal workstations with business critical information.

What do you like best? How easy it is to manage through the web portal. The cloud portion of it makes it great that we don't have to host anything and it all can be easily managed just by logging in. Also it is fast and up to date. The support and implementation team have also been great. Our account rep Daniel Rodriquez has also been fantastic and has always made sure we have everything we need as a customer. The Druva team overall has been very responsive, courteous and helpful and ...

It works

What do you like best? Not intrusive at all, trusted backup. Once configured no further intervention for the end user or admin. What do you dislike? Don't have any dislikes about the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Protection with very little participation from the end user. Self Service retrieval is nice.
