Druva has saved our work multiple times

What do you like best? Easy to install the client and setup up process What do you dislike? Have not run into this problem yet! So far, I am very satisfied with the system. Highly recommend it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Have had multiple users with bad hard drives and we were able to restore their data from a cloud backup. It was very simple to use and users were very satisfied that their work was not lost!!

I like the work that has been done on the new version since the 5.5, we now have a reliable tool compared to the 5.1 The MAPI part has been improved is now stable even with MS Office 2016. Great Product

What do you like best? I like that we now do not have to worry about end users losing their data if they suffer from a catastrophic hardware failure. What do you dislike? I wish that when migrating users over to a new computer that the first time you open Druva, that it would automatically log in with the logged in user and authenticate against AD instead of having to enter in their email and password manually. What do you like best? The easy management through the centralized web console is really nice. Also, the alert emails for any missed backups or errors. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Manageability of this product is so easy. I love the interface and the is very straight forward to making changes. setting up users, deploying via GPO, making changes after the deployment, Mac support using Windows wildcards. What do you like best? The ability to have the backup hosted inside our facilities. What do you dislike? It happened once that, if an update was needed on the server, there was data corruption after and the product was not functional until we got in touch with Druva. Good Software

What do you like best? it syncs as per the need efficiently and quickly. What do you dislike? after deleting user or device, there should be option to retrieve the data in some period of time.right now, if we delete ,its gone ,no way to get it back. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Many people break/lose their machine, we could retrieve data in very quick/easy steps.

Great for endpoint backups and excellent service.

What do you like best? Druva inSync is one of the only endpoint backup products that gives us the option for an on-premises install. The backups are fast and efficient and easily managed.
