What do you like best? You can recover important data. You don't have to do nothing in order to upload your information. once Druva is configured, you can forget about it, no need of your intervention. What do you dislike? download time is something that I don't like. a restore can take several hours. it depends on internet connection, but even with a High Speed/bandwidth takes to long. Easy to use console and great support

What do you like best? We have had very good results using this for our employee device backups. Our company is completely virtual so backing up was important. The process was very easy to install the agent and configure the portal settings. Great backups, a little sad on the downloads/restores

What do you like best? The software is great at backing up what is targeted, including Exchange 365. What do you dislike? Downloads for admins for Exchange 365 data comes as a zip file and not as a PST....so you get all the emails as eml files in one big zip. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? migrating users between systems when their system needs replacing.

What do you like best? My exposure to Druva inSync is with company furnished PCs and laptops for daily work. My primary purpose is to avoid having to run my own back up. I maintain email records that go back 15 years, and losing those, and other recent files from my computer, would loss of historical records and time to recreate current work. What do you dislike? Druva inSync - Solid and Reliable backups

What do you like best? The best part of Druva is easily the hand's off backups. It takes some time to configure initially, but once it's fine-tuned it's reliable. Easy to upgrade remotely, along with solid reporting. We haven't had any issues with it running, and backups are available at any time along with a history. What do you dislike? Reliable, client is not too heavy

What do you like best? Client does not hammer the CPU to a point where the OS lags. Mobile client works pretty well. What do you dislike? Reliable Backup System

What do you like best? It's come in handy when I needed to recover my information after I was faced with a broken laptop (literally, in pieces). What do you dislike? It's hard to find something to dislike -- it's been extremely reliable since my experience using it (almost 5 years). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Druva inSync allows me to have peace of mind that my data is being stored safely and can be recovered easily.

Great solution from user backup

What do you like best? It only backups up the data of the user. It does not wast time and space in backing up trash What do you dislike? Sometimes, on the laptops, due to mobility, the agent stalls.
