What do you like best? Druva Insync is a great platform for backup and restoring user data. That is a convenient way to backup with a the agent. For the configuration at admin console, it is not complicated and user friendly. Knowledge base and support portal can solve most of technical problem. What do you like best? Best for SMB and Large Enterprises also . Easy to install, deploy and manage policies. Great backup utility that's easy to set up and use

What do you like best? Very easy to use and set up. It allows admins and users to restore files easily and manage backups accordingly. What do you dislike? It works as expected with very little setup or planning required. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easier and more straight forward end user backup solution to replace another utility.

What do you like best? Druva InSync is very easy to use, my IT department has it running on my laptop and it backup everything seemlessly and if I do destroy or lose a file I can always retrieve it easily from InSync. What do you like best? Druva is fairly slick, and easy to install. However that being the case there is very little to troubleshoot when something is not working right What do you dislike? What do you like best? Its discrete, low impact, and works well What do you dislike? Some of the policies to govern devices could be more granular, and the ability to export a list to CSV would be nice What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We protect our endpoints with Druva, along with using Druva to restore old data to new laptops. It saves time. Our users like the product and use it frequently, yielding less tickets to restore items.

What do you like best? The ease of use and management is very nice and the user interface is simple. What do you dislike? More information when errors come up would be helpful to facilitate troubleshooting What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote users who save files locally can still have cloud based backups. Restoration of computers if there is a fatal error.

One stop for end-user backup AND google cloud backup

What do you like best? Backup is comprehensive, includes Google Cloud. Also, great file exclusion and file flagging policies (ie if a file looks like it has SSN or CC number, Druva excludes and flags it) What do you dislike? none yet. He was up and running within 24 hours with all his files.

What do you like best? You don't have to think about using it. It just works! What do you dislike? Not a knock on the product, but: Admins can lock down throttling and areas/file types. Some people want to turn up their throttles on home networks to speed up backups, but need to engage support if locked down.
