What do you like best? The appearance is minimalist. It doesn't do many things but it does what it supposed to do well. It's collaborative and your team can work together on a document. What do you dislike? The features are minimal. There are other similar alternatives with more features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a quick canvas to work on your documents. It's like the modern, web version, of Notepad - with steroids.

Handy tool for collaboration

What do you like best? Being able to assign tasks and synch with our calendar is the best! Smart synch makes it easy to keep track of documents with my coworkers without having to recreate the document after each change or forward revisions back and forth. As they indicate, it is a collaborative tool and allows not only to visualize the current status of the document, but also the edits made by each contributor and add comments to each of their contributions. Clunky interface, hard to navigate but very useful

What do you like best? I like that I can share and edit documents simultaneously with my colleagues and that we can see real time edits and who was responsible for which edits. It makes collaborating on documents much easier, especially when my colleagues and I cannot be in the same place at the same times. What do you dislike?
