"Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Drag? Being able to organise my emails and keep them separate. Especially like the columns which makes everything easy for me to see. What do you dislike about Drag? Features a bit hard to navigate at first but great when you get used to it What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to keep track of everything in our shared inbox makes everything much simpler for us.

What do you like best about Drag? Everyone has been really helpful, I haven't gotten to test it much yet, I'm hoping to extend my trial! What do you dislike about Drag? I was really confused on setting up the shared inbox/vs a new one. I tried to set a new inbox, but manually moving tickets to that was a pain, I think I figured out the issue - shared inbox is the best way to manage one busy inbox. What do you like best about Drag? There are few organisations at the start-up stage that offers to support non-profits as Drag does. Which as a new non-profit we are so appreciative of. It has allowed our organisation to use Drag as our ATS (applicant tracking system) and as such keep track of all our applicants. What makes Drag possible for us to effectively use is that it sits within our Gmail so we don't have to open up a new email client, this is perfect for us as the company runs ...

What do you like best about Drag? I like that the marketing team seems to really believe in their product and want others to believe in it too. I'm one of those guys that yearns for the break in the schedule so I can tinker, play, and incorporate it into my workflow! What do you dislike about Drag? Learning Curve (the ease is great) - the retraining your brain to put it in the workflow is a different story. Great ease in using it if you're a visual learner! What do you like best about Drag? Simple productivity add-on, and efficient task management. What do you dislike about Drag? Over-advertised customization features. Some of which are not work it. Recommendations to others considering Drag: The Freemium model is workable, but limited in access to features. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Task management.
