Donor Perfect is a very user-friendly system with a ton of opportunity for customization. It is easy enough for the beginner to get started, but has lots of extras for the advanced user as well. While there are occasional issues/glitches (what system doesn't have those?), the support team is constantly working to fix them as well as add new features and improve existing ones. We have used Donor Perfect since 2008, as the main user of a fundraising platform i happened to be on maternity leave when DP was put in place and when I returned I noticed there were things that hadn't been moved over etc and that needed tweeking, DP were excellent at helping and doing what was needed.
