"DocuSign Makes it Easy to Sign and View Documents"

What do you like best about DocuSign? It is so easy to sign documents online and manage them. It is critical to get business done especially with people who work overseas. We use it for signing documents for Government contracts and between countries. What do you dislike about DocuSign? There isn't much I don't like. It could be the tagging and fields. Editing can be complicated. I think that some of the commenting features might need to be improved with some tips and tricks. What problems ...

"DocuSign is Great"

What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign is so easy to use to prepare, send and store documents What do you dislike about DocuSign? Having to change my password so often is frustrating because it always seems to happen when i'm in a hurry to get a document completed. Would be nice if there would be a warning that a password needs to be changed in the next X days before it expires. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Communicating with my clients on ...

"Efficient and easy to use"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The process for compiling signature pages is now obsolete as DocuSign does it for you! This means you no longer have to spend hours ensuring signature pages are in the right place and you can even date the documents within the platform. What do you dislike about DocuSign? There are many features that you may not discover without a formal training session. It would also be nice to review the signature types and how the signatures will appear. Sometimes ...

"DocuSign is a powerful tool that can speed up signature collection and has a sleek easy to use UI"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Favourite feature is definitely the ability to create templates for signatures. It's literally as simple as pressing a button, and having it on its way. Great for repetitive tasks requiring signatures. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Templates aren't terribly scalable sometimes, so you'll need to create quite a few variations to ensure that your document is always super fast to put together. Recommendations to others considering ...

"Smartsheet / Docusign integration"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign is fairly easy to use, with a little help from their online help and tutorials. The ability to create templates for repeat use, save signatures, and place conditional rules and routing make it very customizable. We heavily use the Smartsheet / Docusign integration for sending sub/vendor agreements (MSAs, blanket POs, POs, work authorizations). Mail merge means we have to customize each email message less and executed documents are saved ...

"Efficient service for digital signatures"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Adding DocuSign features to our documents only takes a few steps. The DocuSign website is easy to navigate. I figured out how to use all of its basic features without any problems. The signing features are backed by legal regulations, so we feel secure in our business activities when using DocuSign as a signing solution. I like that everything is digitized and logged in the DocuSign system. We can upload files easily and simply add fields to our ...

"Saves me so much time!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love how quickly I can send documents to be signed, it saves me so much time to be able to complete paperwork electronically. In my opinion, it is way simpler than Panda Doc. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I wish it cost less per month, but that doesn't mean it isn't worth the price. It would be better if templates could be edited even more specifically because sometimes you don't catch template parts that need to be touched up depending on the ...
