I applaud how effective the customer service team was during the onboarding process. They communicated effectively and offered around the clock assistance. The trainings sessions are also useful and allow us to learn at our own pace.

Best - Secure communications, the ability to provide meeting materials for review, D&O questionnaires that can be easily prepared and completed online, the ability for the D&O to sign via DS, the ability to link a large document or voluminous materials without having to provide the entirety of those materials in email or hard copy. I really love that you actually are interested in feedback from your customers and that you actually do what you can ...

What do you like best about Diligent Boards? I think once you learn how to use Diligent it is relatively easy to use. I like having a safe repository for materials rather than emailing or mailing like we did in the past.
