The time to be saved using Receipt Bank, coupled with being able to ditch those paper records is taking us to where we want to be, particularly when integrated with compatible software. The disappointment of expecting it to work with all software only to find that it won't integrate with Kashflow and the Sage 50 Connector doesn't give you immediately action to the PDF of the invoice. What do you like best about Dext Prepare? I like how I can set the expense account by supplier. It keeps my cost allocations standardized and prevents recording tax on purchases that isn't claimable as input tax credits. What do you dislike about Dext Prepare? Not caused by Receipt Bank: suppliers here in Canada use different date formats: mm/dd/yy, dd/mm/yy, and ISO yyyy/mm/dd. What do you like best about Dext Prepare? I like that the receipt is now accessable for everyone, that you can see what you are working with.
