What do you like best? There's a lot of flexibility and customization you can do for your particular firm. If you have someone who is willing to dive into it, there's a lot you can do internally without having to hire a consultant.

What do you like best? For beginners, this is a very user friendly system to navigate. It does have limitations, but nothing that isn't easy to correct!
