PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The drag-and-drop features are very easy to use, and they can be used by almost anyone, you don’t have to be and expert in IT. The mailing list is easy to set up, and the feature I like the most is the reporting feature, I can see the clicks and I can select my targets and put them into two classes of recipients. What do you like best? I really appreciate the customer service at Delivra. They are so responsive to all of my questions and always easy to reach. They are also open to suggestions for improvements and are continually upgrading their product.. The deliverability rate and reporting tools are superior to what i have found on other platforms. What do you like best? Delivra offers a huge choice of professional looking templates to choose from. Their customer service people are always polite and knowledgeable. They are very helpful when setting up a new account, migrating your data, and creating custom templates. What do you dislike?
