What do you like best? The personal way of support is awesome. They reply incredibly fast and accurate. What do you dislike? Pricing for whitelabelling and custom url's is a bit high, that restrains us from upgrading. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I can integrate most of the data I want to analyse and show to my clients. We use Dashthis for all our periodic reporting. As well as for our clients as for ourselves. And the contact with customer support is great. New ideas or current bugs are taken seriously and the solution is swiftly and adequately executed. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Their customer support is great. Interface is straightforward and easy to use. What do you dislike? No API functionality. You might struggle if you're getting data from a source outside of their partners. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Facebook client reporting. What do you like best? DashThis is a very powerful tool that allows you to report on basically anything thanks to its many integrations (CSV uploads are supported too).
