"Powerful, but not user friendly "
What do you like best about Customer.io? I do understand that this tool has a lot of power. It can do a lot of things that competitors like MailChimp can't do. What do you dislike about Customer.io? However, I can't say that it's very user friendly. At least not at a high level. Once you get into the software and are comfortable with it, then it's manageable. "Great platform - lack of support"
What do you like best about Customer.io? The platform is great, so much so they forgot that they need a great team. Dealing with their lack of customer support sours the experience. If you have attempted to claim the 12-month's credits there will be some excuse as to why you will not be receiving them. "Attention - Dark Billing Policy - every month they charge for already deleted profile"
What do you like best about Customer.io? I like that Customer.io makes it easy to create personalized customer experiences. It allows us to quickly segment our customers based on their behavior and preferences, and then send them targeted messages that will resonate with them. "Poorly Designed, Unwieldy Email Platform"
What do you like best about Customer.io? Not much. It does have the functionality to set up email campaigns, including drip campaigns. And it does have a basic email editor, allowing you to play with the layout of your email. But beyond having the 'basics,' it is not user-friendly and overall not well-organized. "Monthly contracts are actually locked in price"
What do you like best about Customer.io? Good platform for customer communications. Flexible, easy to use, lots of options - nice to sync with Redshift, etc. What do you dislike about Customer.io? We pay on a month-by-month basis. Was recently told that we are "not permitted" to right-size our usage contract to save some money.
