"Simplistic interface"

"Very Powerful, but not always Intuitive"

What do you like best about Customer.io? I like that you can pass custom data from your own product or users into Customer.io for use in segmenting users and in the copy of the emails you're sending. Even cooler is the ability to automatically trigger these campaigns based on a user's entrance into a segment or a specific action they take in the product. "Great product and potential"

What do you like best about Customer.io? I love how developer friendly Customer.io is - their new webhooks feature gives a lot of power and you always get the feeling that the platform is robust and well tested. What do you dislike about Customer.io? I find that it falls a little in-between what we need - it's not quite marketing-centric enough to be our marketing automation tool, and it doesn't have the live chat option of something like Intercom. "Decent tool for prospecting"

What do you like best about Customer.io? I like that it is integrated into the chrome browser although I would like the option to use with Firefox or Outlook. What do you dislike about Customer.io? No way to schedule emails for prospects at the moment. Could be beneficial to offer this to users. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Prospecting has been easier but it seems there are several tools like this that offer similar data.

"Customer.io provides an adequate method for us to send email campaigns to product focused segments."

What do you like best about Customer.io? Simple ability for us to update campaign content without requiring software development or deployment What do you dislike about Customer.io? No easy QA, to easy to make changes and not know they're live. We can't manage campaigns across multiple environments. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
