"Curve shows a lot of promise, but still needs to work out the kinks"

What do you like best about Curve Hero? Coming from Eaglesoft, I love the layout and modernity of Curve. It's just plain easier to look at. The support has been absolutely top-notch: in addition to the "Curve Community", which provides tutorials, walkthroughs, and questions posted and answered by both the company and users, it's very easy to get feedback on specific issues.

What do you like best about Curve Hero? I like that curve hero is cloud based. This allows our entire office to be able to access patient record and the schedule from home! This came in handy with Covid!

What do you like best about Curve Hero? Curve is relatively easy to explain to new trainees. I like that it tracks recare from the sidekick and that you can access tidbits of information without having to navigate away from the page that you're on.

What do you like best about Curve Hero? It is a pretty system, easy to learn. I like that the sidekick/ toolbar is words instead of a bunch of little icons you need to memorize. It is a very clean interface and navigation. The scheduler is very easy to use.

What do you like best about Curve Hero? It's so pretty to look at! I love how easy the interface is for my team to learn. My team that has used Eaglesoft or Dentrix transitioned very quickly. My team members with no prior dental software experience did even better. My very favorite is the ease I have connecting with customer support. They are so kind to help us navigate any issue or concern we encounter. Also, because it is cloud-based, I can access it anywhere. I know which patient is ...
