What do you like best about Crisp? The live chat is excellent, what we like most is the number of "plugins" that can be added. The fact of seeing live what is written by the interlocutor makes it possible to anticipate the answers and to save time. "Best experience with chat so fat"
What do you like best about Crisp? We are using crisp both on our commercial website and as in-app customer support. We really enjoy being able to play with the possibility of the api, so much that it has become a mini-backoffice for us. "An excellent chat web system"
What do you like best about Crisp? I always have my crisp webpage open in order to follow our visit on our website. Easy to understand, easy to interact with customers. Possibility to connect to Slack. What do you dislike about Crisp? Actually I like everything. Crisp really answers to all my needs. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? The fact that we are not only a ecommerce website but we also are humans behind. Some customers even ask us some advices before buying.

"Probably the best IM support widget"
What do you like best about Crisp? The widget is really easy to setup, fully customizable and yet I had no problem with it through more than 10 setups. What do you dislike about Crisp? Pricing can seem relatively high at first but once you get used toall the features it isn't anymore. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer success & support. Easy tracking of conversations (through their app or our Slack integration)

"Perfect app for support and customer reactivation"
What do you like best about Crisp? Crisp is very fast (unlike Intercom) and is reasonably priced (Intercom quickly becomes overly expensive). The founding team is also very friendly, helps with the implementation and welcomes user feedback. What do you dislike about Crisp? What do you like best about Crisp? Crisp makes it very easy to connect with customers and provide feedback when needed in an easy to use, well designed live chat format. What do you dislike about Crisp? It would be nice if the unlimited package wasn't such a big jump in price from the pro. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been able to automate the FAQ section of the website which has been a huge resource in productivity.

What do you like best about Crisp? It's extremely easy for customers to use and extremely easy to implement. If you know there is a particular page your customers often need help on you can input Crisp. Having that instant communication could prevent a customer from giving up and shopping elsewhere. What do you like best about Crisp? It is very responsive and quick, it is similar to intercom but more features and easily fits your budget when you are starting up.
