"Crisp is probably the best multi-channel relationship management software we tried."

What do you like best about Crisp? All is ready to use "out of the box" and Crisp support is stellar... "The simplest yet greatest live chat / knowledge base tool"

What do you like best about Crisp? I have been using Crisp for a while now, after using Intercom and Zendesk. Intercom was too expensive for us (we did not use every feature) and Zendesk interface was just discouraging for some of us. Crisp is simple to use, yet powerful, and not so expensive. "Really high value for very little money"

What do you like best about Crisp? It just works and very easy to install. The API's are extensive and you can do very advanced stuff like live chat translation and remote control of customers browser. What do you dislike about Crisp? What do you like best about Crisp? API is better than event the best in the category. It is much cleaner and easier to integrate with than Intercom, Drift, or any of the big systems because it seems to be the 3rd Generation of chat that learned from the mistakes of the leaders. What do you like best about Crisp? The best part is that our customers love it and all our documentation is easily available. The interface is cool, great UI/UX, magic viewer is great. We get to see the visitors to our website and what they are doing. Good improvements in analytics and reports section as well. What do you like best about Crisp? We use Crisp chat on our own website and always recommend it when customers are asking for best chat solution. The web app and mobile applications are really simple to use and the user interface is a pleasure to the eye. Chat works like a charm, we have never had any problems with it!
