What do you like best about Crisp? A well-designed product that has almost everything you need for a startup or company. Kind and helpful support. What do you dislike about Crisp? "Crisp - beauty in simplicity"

What do you like best about Crisp? Crisp is really simple to use and very intuitive. We had no problems setting up, and it works well with integrated channels. Also, they have the most impressive and fast client support. Excellent UX! What do you dislike about Crisp? I've never had better service than this

Pedro has been amazingly responsive every time I've ever had a question whether it was a quick little question or asking for help setting up a chatbot, and Barkley took such a personal interest in helping me figure out an issue I was having and spent two days troubleshooting it with me. You really can't put a price on that kind of service, but they did, and it's less than one percent of the cost of a similar plan on Intercom. I don't know how anybody can use anything else!

"The best live chat software and more!"

What do you like best about Crisp? Crisp has a free plan or a trial for the premium plan which is loaded with innovative and useful features. It's the best live chat software I have used to date and will likely hold on to that title for many years ahead. What do you dislike about Crisp? I have yet to discover anything that I did not like.
