What do you like best about Crisp? The support experience has been awesome - we had some questions before transitioning from a competitor, and so we got to have the "customer experience" as Crisp helped us using their own tools. "Excellent chat software"
What do you like best about Crisp? The chat feature is very intuitive, very customizable, and my favorite part is the interface on the backend. It shows you a map of the world and where all of the visitors who are currently on your site are located. It's very cool. What do you dislike about Crisp? What do you like best about Crisp? It was super helpful. Pedro from Crisp provided me with a solution in no time. What do you dislike about Crisp? Nothing. I just wanted to get the data of the support responsiveness on monthly basis. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Crisp? Nous utilisons Crisp principalement pour le support (commercial, niveau 1 et niveau 2). Les outils magicbrowse et appels en direct sont particulièrement utiles pour le dépannage, et le premier paramétrage de l'outil est accessible. What do you like best about Crisp? I love Crisp and especially its simplicity. I want to install it on my application, on my site: nothing could be simpler. What do you like best about Crisp? It's a good chat box from my point of view but the customer experience is amazing. Special feedback for Dinis and Pedro from customer care service. What do you dislike about Crisp? I do not have anything to say, we need only some new plugin. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Crisp? I love the feature set they have, and the support is very responsive. We are using the service for 6 months since launched MVP and going to upgrade soon as the activity is increasing. I also love their different language feature as we are servicing clients globally.
