"The best customer support platform."

What do you like best about Crisp? They are evolving so quickly. Every month there are new features. And they have a vision; the product is coherent and solid. Never had technical issues with it. Support is amazing. You will unlikely find better. What do you dislike about Crisp? I haven't found any downsides yet. It just works. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer support. Merging communication channels into one.

"Crisp is really a small and beautiful saas tool"

What do you like best about Crisp? I like its plugin function, which is very flexible. I also like some of its detailed functions, allowing me to develop my own functions as I please. In short, I really like it What do you dislike about Crisp? I found that the crisp chatbot is a bit unstable, and sometimes it doesn't perform as expected. I hope the crisp team can optimize it What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? Can help me communicate more closely with my clients

"Amazing Support team and Great product"

What do you like best about Crisp? So I just realised that we have been using Crisp since 2019... We currently have 5 websites we use Crisp for. Simply Great Product, Amazing support team. "My favorite part about business is Crisp"

What do you like best about Crisp? The supports are very courteous and they reply in a timely manner. This is a selling point since most of my reach and interaction with them are time-sensitive. "Love the app and all it's features. Their customer support is the best, bar none."

What do you like best about Crisp? Their features are rich, it is hard to believe that Crisp is not financed heavily by venture capitalist. They are product oriented, and are friendly to SMBs. "I've used it across 3 organizations, still amazing"

What do you like best about Crisp? It's as full-featured as Intercom but significantly cheaper. I'm also a big fan of the user CRM capabilities, the integration with Twilio for SMS, and the core chat capabilities. They're also very responsive. What do you dislike about Crisp?
