"Simple yet powerful tool"

What do you like best about Crisp? Easy to use UI, tons of features, Desktop & Mobile app. What do you dislike about Crisp? Crisp has tons of features, which can be set up on our own. But the help pages are not detailed enough to get everything through. The Analytics and the rating part should be improved. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? We use crisp as our Primary CRM platform for Chat support on our website. We use a few plugins in crisp for marketing and ...

"Great tool - bad reporting"

What do you like best about Crisp? Support team, perks I have, sending GIFs to my clients, being able to handle multiple tickets all by myself on an easy dashboard. What do you dislike about Crisp? I am actually even looking to perhaps change a solution, as reporting makes no sense. I cannot get a good reporting with Crisp, There is no actual way to measure success and work of customer support - which is crucial. Recommendations to others considering Crisp: Try all the possible features ...

Great platform with some batteries missing

We began our experience with Crisp back in August of 2021. The purpose of Crisp was for offering customer service, live chat, a status page, and a knowledgebase. There were a few issues we ran into that could be very concerning for businesses running basic operations through their customer support channel. Let's go over the Pros of Crisp: The UI/UX - You cannot beat the user interface or experience. I enjoy this entire layout a lot. The utilities and settings you have access to are ...

"It's porwerful but quite simple to advanced features and without so many integrations by the moment"

What do you like best about Crisp? The simplest way it handle everything, it's so comfortable. The bot's very powerful and it brings a lot of possibilities. The API and the metrics are good enough for small and medium businesses. What do you dislike about Crisp? The few integrations it has, the Jira integration wasn't available when we used it and it was a pain to change all the time between windows to handle the tickets and convert them into operations. What problems is Crisp solving and ...

Don't bother if you are planning to manage support or similar emails

The email inbox functionality is a total fail as it is unable to render rich content / HTML emails. They appear in plain-text and are unreadable. Even the: VIEW ORIGINAL EMAIL option does not fully work. The main reason to use Crisp is a unified inbox. With regards to receiving emails through their inbox, they recommend it is especially useful to forward support type emails. Well let me warn you, their email functionality is lacking! It is not possible to view rich-content emails i.e. no ...

"Good for very small or narrow companies"

What do you like best about Crisp? Quick, good looks, what's there - works well. What do you dislike about Crisp? - Only 1 team inbox per organization - No extra address or rules for multiple incoming mails - No private inboxes for users - No team chat So only good for very small organization and with very limited needs. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? I was looking for a connection between customers and my sales/support team. It only works half way :(
