What do you like best about Crisp? First of all, Crisp was extremely easy to set up. We quickly implemented it on our website and invited our team members to join. "Very easy, love the features, great support"

What do you like best about Crisp? Easy to use, compliant and excellent customer support. I also love that the features are easy to work with and implement in a solution that works across our sites. What do you like best about Crisp? I love the myriad of features offered by Crisp, such as magic browse, audio, and video calling, as well as user demographics. "Very good, modern, simple and complete app."

What do you like best about Crisp? How easy it is to set up and start working with it with a very easy to use interface. What do you dislike about Crisp? It is very customizable, but it lacks a few things that would be really good to have regarding visual customization, like the button for the chatbox. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? Pricing is very good and it is very efficient with helping us assist customers via chat and email in a single platform.

What do you like best about Crisp? Crisp is simple, easy to use, and has many useful features to build good relationships with our clients. We receive notifications; the responses are sent to clients via email if they are not online. "Easy but powerfull"

What do you like best about Crisp? As a growing company, our chat tool was slowing us down. Just swapped for Crisp; the tool is easy to setup, nice to work with and our clients can now benefit nice features like the "magic browse" and all the great integrations / extensions.
