What do you like best? The expense software as a whole is great for the user and controls. Easy to download your receipt, enter your data, and submit your report. I liked our manual processes better unfortunately

What do you like best? We switched to this a year ago so that we could get away from our manual way of expensing. However this is one of the worst programs to help you with that. What do you dislike? It is not user friendly at all, in fact probably one of the most non-friendly systems you could use. Just appears good from exterior, you peel couple of layers makes you cry

What do you like best? During the sales pitch they showed us nicely packaged demo and looks good on the outside but when you actually go for implementation you will relaize that most of the product features (OCR) is still immature and does not work at all as they promised. Application is very rigit and not flexible at all and if there are any company specific requirements, forget Coupa and looks for other alternatives What do you dislike?
