What do you like best? I trust Coupa is the leader in the market for procurement cloud application. Very easy to configure as per your requirement and at all not dependent on the ERP heavy data. What do you like best? Coupa was used by my company for procurement and expense management. We found the system to be very intuituve and user focused. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Tired of purchase orders, tedious manual processes? Coupa may be for you. Hasn't been user friendly to start off

What do you like best? The ease of attaching receipts to expense is great. Also itemizing expenses is simplified. I can also be set as a delegate for my managers to help them with their reports. What do you dislike? There are a lot more steps to take to create a report. All expense post as individual reports and sometimes you can have up to 50-100 different reports which causes a headache with approving them. What do you like best? Easy to use once it is set-up. Google map link for calculating mileage. What do you dislike? The mobile app has some deficiencies because of the need to wait for the credit card charge to be processed by the bank. This makes it difficult if not impossible to record expenses real time.
