Great Tool for Managing Expenses

What do you like best? That it is an centralized tool we use in the Company and one depository of all expenses incurred for everyone. That we can also generate reports/data for information and for analysis. It's also good that the tool is web based and can be access anywhere at anytime. What do you dislike? Expense management has been a great tool.

What do you like best? Coupa has been a great improvement from out traditional paper and pen approval. We no longer have paper getting lost in the shuffle. What do you dislike? As admin, there are changes I can't make. Our credit card payment integration hasn't worked fully yet, but that is due to an integration issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increasing efficiency in Expense approval.

Cannot delete company credit card charges in Coupa, they will always exist as a draft. Accessible and Intuitive

What do you like best? When I present the tool to high management, the first feature I mention is Coupa's mobility. For us it is very important that approvals are not delayed when managers are traveling, on vacations or else. I really like the fact that they can approve either login to the site -no intranet access required, trough e-mail or using the app on their phones/tablets. What do you like best? I enjoy that the system is more intuitive and easier to use than older systems. I like that it feels fresh and is easy to navigate and even has a mobile presence. What do you like best? It is easy to use, simple to order from companies such as Staples or Office Dept and shipping was fast/efficient.
