What do you like best? The ease of using the system from a user and finance standpoint. It also has messages when the expense is not within company policy which is beneficial to the person submitting the expense. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Slick, modern User Interface provides a very good user experience on traditional computers (desktop/laptop). Tons of configuration and integration options. T&E Expense Module

What do you like best? Having all T&E card transactions go directly into Coupa and start an expense report for our travelers, is very beneficial to all of our users. Being able to take a photo of our receipts and store them in our Coupa wallet is another nice feature. Easy to use - faster expense approvals

What do you like best? The speed of use - I use my mobile phone all the time to photograph the receipt and submit instantly. The workflow is so fast, that approval usually just takes minutes. No longer am I waiting for days to get approvals. I also like spend control messages that ensure that I am reminded of policies. Very easy to learn. What do you like best? I would say the most valuable attribute that Coupa offers is its functionality and intuitiveness from the beginning. It is EXTREMELY easy to use, but has all of the functionality that you could imagine. What do you dislike? The only 'dislike', I wouldn't call it that, is that you are not necessarily able to customize the system since it is a SaaS.
