"Great product helped alot in tracking performance."

What do you like best about Convin.ai? It helps alot in tracking performance and email with a friendly User experience the platform is also providing us to raise disputes and acknowledge feedbacks from the auditor. What do you dislike about Convin.ai? The user interface is friendly but a bit complex. What problems is Convin.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? It is making easier to listen in call and also acknowledge the calls emails and chats.

You can make it more user friendly - eg such complex filters a normal report has 4-5 filters Could be more proactive with the cleints requirements. "Making Manual and Automated Audits Easy"

What do you like best about Convin.ai? As an auditor, while auditing a call, you need to listen to the whole call and fill up the audit form, convin gives you a great User experience where on a single screen, an auditor can listen to the call and fill out the audit form. "Good auditing tool."

What do you like best about Convin.ai? Calls and dispositions are updated in one tool. Also, the bifucation is good and have divided with sub LOB's. What do you dislike about Convin.ai? Not all calls get uploaded and auto updates. What problems is Convin.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Convin has made it easier for audits. It has call recordings and also the call tagging. It helps to reduce time in audits.

What do you like best about Convin.ai? Convin is very user friendly tools. It helped me to track my agents daily calling scores and their performance. What do you dislike about Convin.ai? It does not have the features to check account level score. What problems is Convin.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
