What do you like best about Convin.ai? Its a Good platform , where we do daily auditing. Good in extracting proper audits reports. Its also give transcript and also share feedback email with the counselors to work on there AOI. What do you dislike about Convin.ai? sometime face login issues. calls are not visible sometimes.
