"C'mon, they created a new lead type...DQL (Demo Qualified Lead), what's not to love?!"

What do you like best about Consensus? The Consensus SNAP plug-in streamlines my work. Being able to quickly respond and share existing DemoBoards with my customers without having to switch platforms is a big time saver. If I don't have the right content in my library it's great being able to create new stuff, on the fly, with SNAP's screen recording functionality and fire it off. The tech is great but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the partnership with the account team. That partnership ...

"Speeding Up Evaluations"

What do you like best about Consensus? Consensus is really helpful in evaluations. We primarily use it for overview demonstrations and to see what topics/subjects garner the most interest. It has also helped provide quick videos to answer functional questions rather than a written response. What do you dislike about Consensus? There are some challenges in tracking/sharing when a company has multiple email domains they use internally. Not a huge deal but requires you to accept the share ...

"6 Months in a real value to my sales cycle"

What do you like best about Consensus? The ability to identify additional key people in the process when the demo boards are shared. The audit of who watched what and when is just fantastic. What do you dislike about Consensus? Being critical i would say the only issue i have is it can take time to enter mass amounts of contacts to a single demo board - the positives outway this though, as i say being critical here :) Recommendations to others considering Consensus: Its a great tool for ...

"We Love Consensus"

What do you like best about Consensus? We use Consensus for both pre-MQL and post-MQL calls. We have found it extremely beneficial for post SQL calls to further allow our prospects to either qualify themselves or disqualify themselves. This has allowed us to customize all demos as our prospects can let us know the "gaps" in the videos and on our demos we can show those "gaps" and how they are covered. We have also closed over 35% of our deals without ever going to demo and just based on the ...

"Consensus Changes the Sales Game 🎮"

What do you like best about Consensus? Consensus helps sales cut through the noise by understanding what buyers needs are early, how interested they really are, and how engaged they remain. We use Consensus in both 1:1 and 1:Many use cases and the demolytics are awesome! It's a sales tool you can't go without once you've used it! What do you dislike about Consensus? The first-time user experience for sellers isn't as intuitive as it could be and typically requires a video or support for ...

"Gamechanger!"

What do you like best about Consensus? We were just talking about Consensus in sales meeting today - it's been a gamechanger for us! Our prospects love being able to get the overview at their own pace and share with their colleagues. Then when we meet for demo we can really focus on their particular pain points. What do you dislike about Consensus? Hard to think of any cons - all around great product and great customer service. Recommendations to others considering Consensus: Definitely ...

Personal introductory video recording could be simpler and have more functionality like teleprompter What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to allow customers to consume content in a unique way they appreciate by allowing them ...

Nothing missing from the product, continual updates. What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you? We're getting demos to our prospects faster and not burning out SEs

"Consensus is the only pre-sales tool you need, so much more than software."

What do you like best about Consensus? Customer service, ease of use, data tracking, customization, UI/UX. Customer communication is amazing. We get a wonderful dedicated rep that always has time to show me around, train new team members we briong on. Shout out to Katie E, she is the best! From the pitch all the way through the support even closing the feedback loop in asking us what we would like to see and they share their product road maps with us. If I did not love my job so much I ...
