I really wanted to love you cloudbeds...but

Software lacks some of the most basic of functions that is needed to run a front desk. One only find this out when trying to find out how to do something, as the Knowledge base / online helps lacks explicit details. There are too many to list in a review. But that list is long and getting longer every day. I have been live for 6 weeks. The support team are very close to being 100% ineffective. After 9 months using the software

After 9 months using the software, I get a bug quiet annoying, repported it, within nearly two month, nobody work on it : support just tried to win some time to get you do some more tests or accuse any third parties instead of fixing something obvious. The same goes for my account manager : after getting a good relationship with the first one (who also sold me the software, I get a new one. Great Service from Korina B and Cloudbeds

Korina B from Cloudbeds was absolutely fabulous. She led me through the process of connecting to my channels and was even willing to wait on the line while I went through all the steps. After getting cut off at my end, her colleague then put me back onto her and Korina was able to continue to assist me. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Fantastic end-to-end service.
