Too many bugs, poor support

Too many bugs and the system is very oldschool. Updating slow. Support team Auto reply is sending you thousands of emails every time you contacted them and asking you if you need help however, I was told they are working on. They spent very long time on maintenance 1 feature. Experiencing different issue every week. Your sales will not help you after you paid.

Their selection process is too long.

Their selection process is too long and demanding, before you can even talk about money, or even consider if you are really interested in taking it. Do not expect proper feedback if you are not selected. All they ask for, they don´t give it back.

If you have to contact their support, don’t hold your breath. You’ll be luckily if you’re being answered after a third reminder.Being promised certain updates that are crucial to our business for almost a year.

Offered something.. said we didn’t sign any contract... dishonest

After negotiating the price, they offered me a deal for enterprise version and when the implementation started they simply downgraded to premier without telling me... I simply recognise that all the add ons disappeared.. Product vastly overrated and not good value for money

I looked hard and long at Cloudbeds and other alternatives to migrate my PMS/Booking Engine and Channel Manager in order to meet two critical goals: (1) Move my rates to an occupancy based model (and being able to distribute those to OTAs) and (2) connectivity to Google Hotel Ads. After 9 months using the software

After 9 months using the software, I get a bug quiet annoying, repported it, within nearly two month, nobody work on it : support just tried to win some time to get you do some more tests or accuse any third parties instead of fixing something obvious. The same goes for my account manager : after getting a good relationship with the first one (who also sold me the software, I get a new one.
