Stay focused on leads that matter

What do you like best? ClickDimensions' capability to capture data from web forms and to place it directly in the CRM is pretty awesome as it saves a lot of manual work and data entry problems. Besides, the solution "follows" each visitor throughout their website experience, thus providing us with important data of what a lead may me most interested about. What do you dislike? The social marketing functionality needs further development. As a b2b company our marketing and sales ...

The only single DB Marketing Automation solution for Dynamics365.

What do you like best? For many years, marketing technology owners with Microsoft CRM have had two options: a. maintain their own 3rd party integration tool or; b. dangle on the whims of their marketing automation vendor's product roadmap for a Microsoft CRM connector (like, cough, Marketo's). ClickDimensions solves this through a native Azure integration. For organizations with Dynamics365 at the hub of their ERP and CRM infrastructure, ClickDimensions is an important consideration for ...

What do you like best? The complete easy to setup integration with Dynamics CRM. What do you dislike? That the landning pages are not web responsive is unfortunate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to get a complete overview of the customers interest and activities in a marketing perspective.

Excellent product - covers everything you need for marketing automation

What do you like best? We've been using ClickDimensions for 3+ years. We were very new to the whole world of marketing automation before this - yes, we were sending out customer emails in Outlook! - but the product has really helped us form our strategy and they have been invaluable in helping us get the most out of it. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Just make sure you have resources to sign. it's very powerful but that means you have to take the time to learn and understand ...

Email marketing on steroids!

What do you like best? The effortless integration with Dynamics CRM is first on my list of likes! There is nothing more frustrating than having to keep seperate databases in sync. I like the way we get a 360 degree view of our clients all in one place! Love how easy it is for anyone, even a non-tech to design beautiful html mailers, webforms, subscription forms and landing pages. What do you dislike? The fact that we cannot simply use custom or other entities to create webforms on. ...

What do you like best? ClickDimensions has native integration with Dynamics 365 (CRM) What do you dislike? Great software - a little bit expensive - but does the job

What do you like best? CD provide exactly what we were expecting. And since it is totally build in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, we can build a lot of things around it for a full user experience. The solution is updated frequently with new features which is good. What do you dislike? The cost per email is really expensive is you email a lot (which we do). Some times there are latencies between the web action and the result in CRM. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Boosts marketing across the board

What do you like best? Campaign automation, website analytics, and lead scoring, and CD support is THE BEST support on the planet. I always mention this to anyone entertaining the idea of implementation or bringing new functionality. What do you dislike? Aside from the Spam Assassin integration, it's hard to understand your overall "spaminess" at a given point, and then understand the adjustments needed to decrease it if necessary. Also, being alerted of bugs to be aware of before ...

Valuable marketing automation tool

What do you like best? Range of different functionalities being present in ClickDimensions What do you dislike? The fact that the results of marketing efforts are dispersed through the system and it is not enough actionable, a lot of manual actions needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead creation!
