What do you like best? Hands down that it ties into Dynamics. The amount of things you can accomplish with a single tool is amazing. Their support and training is incredible as well. What do you like best? Integrating with our CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, is very appreciated. The email builder works well and metrics come out in a usable format. What do you dislike? Marketing lists, in that I cannot upload them as an excel directly or it would make duplicate contact records in our CRM. Great for Integration with Microsoft CRM

What do you like best? It integrated very well with Microsoft CRM, and allows us to fully automate our marketing campaigns, taking out much of the manual work we used to do with form submissions and creating leads and updating contacts. It also means we can use our CRM marketing lists rather than having to export data and have data links pushing information back into CRM that never used to work very well. Weak Product No Support

What do you like best? The only value is that it is native to MS Dynamics. What do you dislike? Everything. The product is difficult to use. It is native to MS Dynamics, yet the most basic requests need customer support to find a solution. It took a month to onboard, the on board person did nothing. Fatal Error

What do you like best? There's not much I can say about this product which is positive. Constant breakdowns, fatal errors, slow speeds, you name it. Originally I liked the campaign automations feature as the builder made it easy for it to do automations, but then it just kind of stopped working. What do you dislike? Wow where do I start. Easy to get going - but several limitations

What do you like best? ClickDimensions being a solution in Dynamics 365 means direct access to data and very easy to use for marketing departments being used to the product. It's very easy to get going with ClickDimensions. Emails, advanced campaign automation, webtracking etc are just a few clicks away once the product is installed. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's pretty cool how I can create my own landing page, but my favorite feature is the campaign responses. Also, their customer service is amazing. What do you dislike? The software is pretty new to our organization so I don't really have anything that I dislike yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nurture/Drip campaigns because we weren't able to do that before.

What do you like best? It is easy to use and learn and everything is embedded into CRM What do you dislike? All the different types of coding for a form you need to you a different code, compared to basic HTML in an email.
