Valuable Marketing Tool

What do you like best? Tracking sent emails for clicks, opens etc is one of the major benefits for our company. What do you dislike? It's not very user friendly for texting. Would like to see text templates as an option. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bulk email and individual email communication and tracking is the best purpose for this product

Agree with these other reviews and more

What do you like best? Integrated with Microsoft CRM. Have several products to offer beyond simple email capabilities, and the base package has most of them. What do you dislike? Support, product defects, and general business practices, just like many others have said here. I worked with support extensively on fixing the inaccuracies in the statistics and reports. Their support personnel dragged this on for over a year and I finally gave up. We did get a lot fixed as someone else ...

Happy with this service

What do you like best? As a small business employee I find Click Dimensions useful because it allows a wider range of potential customers to become aware and comfortable with our product through an easy to use interface with checks and balances. What do you dislike? The easy to use format makes the output potentially formulaic which for the business we do isn't too much of a problem but I can see how it could be an obstacle for larger companies. What problems are you solving ...

Basic, Limited

What do you like best? Because the platform is so basic, it's easy to use. What do you dislike? Formatting NEVER stays consistent within an email. You have to re-select your fonts and colors several times in order for the formatting to actually stay. However, when you send an email, sometimes the formatting gets all messed up and it ends up looking like you picked different sizes for text in the same paragraph. The functionality of the platform in regards to email sends is so ...

Click Dimensions is an easy to use, dynamic marketing tool

What do you like best? ClickDimensions has an easy to use interface. Their templates work well to build emails of all types. Their system works well with very little support time, but when needed, their support team is strong and responds quickly. What do you dislike? I would like more additions to the product. What is there works well but there are not a lot of upgrades or additions on an annual basis. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Advanced Email Marketing

What do you like best? ClickDimensions offers the ability to create, schedule and send emails in addition to creating flow charts to trigger different responses based on each individual. The software can be integrated with a variety of different apps and allows for advanced analysis. What do you dislike? ClickDimensions can be difficult to understand and at times their customer support is unable to answer advanced questions. The training they provide could be more interactive so ...

Easy to use

What do you like best? Click Dimensions is very simple to use. No complaints. It works very well and integrates well with Microsoft Dynamics. It's a very intuitive solution to be using, and I haven't experienced any bugs with it. It just works! What do you dislike? There is nothing about the product that I dislike. The solution does everything it says it does, at least for the way we use it at my organization. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Terrible Tech Support & Service Reliability

What do you like best? Dynamics CRM integration (like everyone else) What do you dislike? We require days or even weeks to get simple issues resolved. The turnaround time is hours or days between a support agent asking us for information (which we provide immediately) and them getting back to us with anything other than speculation that the issue is not on our side (we must've broken something). On two issues, we discovered that our problems were due to a fault on their side (to ...
