What do you like best about Claritysoft? Customizing their CRM platform unique to your business needs was much easier than expected even for a beginner. Claritysoft provides great resouce tools to learn how to use their software and reaching out for support help is excellent!

"ClaritySoft Makes Businesses Move Faster"
What do you like best about Claritysoft? Fuzzy logic for searches, user friendliness, and organization brings "clarity" to every day of work at the office. In seconds I can find everything I need to about a group r their renewal and the information asociated with group, produce report, and email it out.

"Super Easy"
What do you like best about Claritysoft? What is most helpful about Claritysoft is it's ease of use and its integration with email that allows you to send out individualized and personalized email. The software is much easier to use than the vast majority of its competitors.

What do you like best about Claritysoft? The support we received and continue to receive from the ClaritySoft team is fabulous. The software is fairly intuitive, but very practical. We use to use Sales Force. SF was a diary (it didn't integrate with our e-mail system and had other flaws). CS is a tool which increases effectiveness and productivity

"Great Software and Support!"
What do you like best about Claritysoft? The support team is the best! They respond so quickly and stay with me until issues are resolved (most of the time it's user issues). They take the time with me to help me understand and because of that I have a very solid understanding of how the software works.

"Truly Best Customer Service"
What do you like best about Claritysoft? You can actually talk to a person when you have any issues. But honestly it is so versatile, there is little you'll need to check in about. But when you have that one time - you get a real person who actually knows the system and not just an email or chat. They'll even call you back! I've used other CRM's at previous jobs that seemed simple enough but the customer service was aweful and you were basically on your own. When you need it, you really need it!

What do you like best about Claritysoft? The Implementation and Step by Step Integration provided by their Team in spot. The account manager is hands on and extremenly through and knowledgeable on the product. We like how they are walking us through the implementation and the guides are detail.
